30-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product was damaged during shipping (unboxing video required).

  • You received the wrong product.

Additional conditions:

  • The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • In case of shipping damage, an unboxing video is mandatory.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons apart from a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or receiving the wrong product.

  • The final decision on whether a return or replacement request is accepted rests with Maker Mesh.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
